The Broil King 496911 Regal Pellet grill is constructed of 2mm, 14-gauge steel with a black high-heat paint finish and offers 825 sq. inches of overall cooking surface, suitable for any size cookout. The thick steel cooking chamber has heavy-duty 9mm stainless steel cooking grids and a porcelain coated warming rack, perfect for achieving those steakhouse quality sear marks. With the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled the digital interface and two electronic meat probes you can monitor your grill and food via your phone from just about anywhere using the Broil King Pellet Grilling App. The powerful auger automatically moves the pellets from the 22 lb. capacity hopper to the firebox to accurately maintain set temperatures. Cleaning up is a breeze with the removable stainless steel drip tray and a removable ash collector. The grill is supported by four steel legs with two leg levelers and two large, crack-proof wheels. A durable steel bottom shelf provides storage space for pellets and grilling tools. The Roto-Draft damper system gives you further temperature control by altering the airflow to the grill. The Broil King Regal 500 Pro Pellet Grill 496911 also comes with a stainless steel rotisserie kit, 2 electronic meat probes, base storage shelf, and side shelf. The Broil King Regal Pellet 500 Pro includes 9mm stainless steel grids, a fuel sensor, a folding front shelf, and heavy-duty locking casters.

This display allows to raise and lower the temperature, as well as monitoring the internal temperature of the probe, as well as the smokers temperature.

All you'll ever need !

Did a fair bit of research with other smoker, and pellet grill owners, and decided that Broil King was the answer. Couldn't have been happier! From low temp smoking right thru grilling steaks (600F) with perfect grill marks. Best thing about grilling on the pellet grill.. NO FLARE-UPS !

We use it 3 or more times a week.. smoking, roasting (love that wood fired oven taste), and grilling. Trays (vs hanging buckets) for the ashes and grease, keep the pets from getting at them. And yes.. works fine at -40F ...

I have had the smoker for almost a month and very pleased so far. Only issue is trying to keep the temperature below 180 F. Even wen set to 180 or lower it wants to keep climbing beyond 200
