Such a solid grill. Easy to assemble, and great quality. Lid has nice weight and the grill has consistent temperature. The sizzle side burner is amazing, honestly my favourite part. The best for searing and caramelizing steak. So many nice nice details too, with the night light knobs and beer opener. Used this grill 5/7 nights a week all summer.

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. I bought it from Lowe's. The SIB hasn't worked from day one. We've done all of the trouble shooting measures but it won't light. Now the grill itself stopped lighting today and we had to use a lighter. We've only used it about 5 times. I'm calling customer service tomorrow. I would expect a $1000 grill to work.

Being a chef, and a father of four, this unit impressed me from day one. what stands out the most, is how quickly it heats up, and maintains its temperature. The infrared side burner is particularly impressive at how quickly it hits 350 degrees. In addition, assembly was a breeze, and the bbq itself is great looking. I recently upgraded my BBQ to the Rogue 525 and it surpasses my expectations. Assembly took about 45min - 1hr and once built you instantly know this is a well made BBQ. Burgers were the first item cooked and turned out great but the real test was steak. Having that side burner just added to the experience as my steak turned out perfectly. This is a perfect sized BBQ for my growing family and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a new one or looking to upgrade.

"I recently purchased a Weber Spirit II and wasn't satisfied with it. I decided to make the jump into this bad boy. First off, the side burner / sizzle infrared burner for searing, I'm not sure how I lived without. The bbq itself has incredible accuate temp control that make it easy to hold a temp and results in the best bbq I've made, just ask my wife! Beyond the incredible food this beast makes, it's the little details that also elevate the cooking experince; the light-up knobs, the bottle opener, the excellent temp gauge, all make for such an enjoyable experience I want to use it for every meal. I also purchased a few other complimentry products like the cover and some brushes, all are quality and we are very happy with the company and brand overall."

This is our second purchase of a Napoleon Grill. We purchased out first one in 2010 for the family cottage and now this one for our house. The product is durable and last a long time and is much better than buying a cheaper one and having for less time. I am disappointed at the lack of communication between the Home Depot (where we purchased our BBQ) and Napoleon when they had their Free Cover Promotion. The Home Depot where we purchased the BBQ was on the vendors list, but they told us we had to go to Napoleon. I did and Napoleon told me to go back to the Home Depot. A little frustrated when the manufacturer cannot take responsibility for it's own promotion.

I got this BBQ a month or so ago, and I'm loving the sear station on it. It was pretty simple to put together in just over an hour. The first thing I noticed was the ignition when you turn the knobs on. I've been breaking it in ever since and I'm really liking it. I have a bit of an obsession with lights, so the light-up knobs are a cool little feature (and the bottle opener). I haven't used the rotisserie burner yet, but I'm going to give it a shot soon. I'm looking forward to using this all summer long!

Picked up this grill from Napoleon a few months ago and so far I'm really enjoying it. Assembly wasn't overly complicated and the finished product looks awesome on the back deck. What I'm really liking are the features that take this grill to the next level. Knobs and controls that illuminate for easy use in the dark (the grill itself also illuminates when hot, further easing the process of cooking at night); a searing rear burner and infrared side burner; and a built-in bottle opener so you can enjoy a cold one while grilling your favourite foods! I recently used the side burner to do a nice reverse-sear on a filet mignon and it was one of the tastiest steaks I've ever had! General use has been great on the four main burners for everything from burgers, to marinated chicken, to asparagus - a really solid, consistent heat. I would definitely recommend this product. Although this is my first, it won't be my last Napoleon grill!

My boyfriend and I got this bbq a few weeks ago and we have been loving it! It was easy to build and is very sturdy. I really like the fold down prep area and integrated utensil holders and my boyfriend especially loves the side burner for steaks! I really like this BBQ. It took me less than 45 minutes to assemble (a nice bonus with a BBQ). I love that I can cook an entire meal on here - I can use the back grill to keep things warm while other items are cooking, too. I like how wide the sides are, too - great for fitting trays of items. The sear plate on the side is a really nice feature; I've never had this feature in a grill before and it's great, especially for red meat. The grill bars themselves could be a cm or two closer together but other than that, no complaints. It's easy to roll around so I can always be sheltered or out of the wind, and the wheels lock, too, so it doesn't blow away. I like the way the stainless steel model looks, too. It isn't an eye sore on the deck.

Got this BBQ in March and thankfully we have had great weather to use it. We love the size of the BBQ, quality and the accessories you can get to go with it like the rotisserie! "I got this grill a few weeks ago (March 2020) I have used it quite a few times so far and I must say I am very happy. Overall build quality is very good, nice stainless steal throughout, and collapsible side shelves for easier storage. The inferred side burner is great, super hot super fast and fantastic results when grilling steaks. The only thing that I would say on a negative is, it does seem to take a long time to reach 400f and above in the main cooking area. If I could have a little more power from the burners id give it 10/10"

I bought the Napoleon Rogue SE 525 last week and after I finished assembling it I noticed that the 3rd smaller stainless steel cooking grid is completely unstable. It is enough to touch it with one finger and it will fall on the burners. It seems to be a design/concept issue. Very disappointed with the grill considering that this grill price in Europe is much higher than on this site.

"I bought this BBQ 6 months ago from Home Depot and have had several problems with it. From Day 1, I have not been able to use the sear station adequately as it will not stay lit while the main BBQ is lit. I did not believe the BBQ was something that could be returned within 90 days so I did not attempt to return it. Fast forward to now and the main thermometer no longer works. The lid does not have thick enough steel to prevent discoloring from heat. Given the number of issues I have had, I am working with Napoleon and they seem to be willing to fix my issues, however what I would really like is to have them take this BBQ back. They will not, Home Depot will not, and they are not willing to work together to take back the BBQ. I am forced to live with what seems like a lemon. At the very least if you are going to buy this BBQ and are buying from Home Depot, buy it with a Home Depot credit card. You will purportedly have 1 year to return the BBQ if you have a similar experience."
