  • Cast-iron cooking grate features a spacious 18 1/2-inch diameter and provides excellent heat-retention for searing and high-temperature cooks.
  • The 16-inch chrome wire cooking grate features a 'swivel-like' design that allows you to warm foods above your meat while being able to move them out of the way to cook your bottom foods on the cast-iron grate.
  • Sear tri-tip on the bottom cast iron grate while the top cooking grate can be used for warming buns, rolls or even add a little more space between the fire and your meat.
  • The Broil King (KA5545 premium cast-iron and swivel cooking grate set will fit both the Keg 5000 (this unit is included with the purchase of this grill) and Keg 2000 models.
