"I tried to purchase a Primo Grills G420 (Model# G420H-N) from another company and they could not come through. Well, Ryan from BBQGrills came through! I knew the grill was going to be difficult to get with Primo being affected by COVID-19 and the current supply chain issues. Ryan notified me that if I quickly put in the order, he had 4 grills and I could grab one. Well, I just missed it and he notified me that he spoke with Primo and there were 2 more units coming out of the factory and my name was one of the orders!
