- Compact, space-saving design, plus a full-color display, WiFi and Bluetooth-enabled PID controller that lets you control your cooks from the palm of your hand. Set temperatures, adjust smoke levels, set timers, and even receive notifications when your meat reaches the desired temperature using the Camp Chef Connect app on your mobile device.
- The Woodwind WiFi is constructed of durable powder-coated steel with a stainless steel lid and firebox. It features a 13 3/4 by 18.4-inch enameled-steel primary cooking area and a nickel-plated upper rack for 506 square inches of total cooking space, all heated by up to 25,000 BTUs of cooking power.
- Height-adjustable upper rack gives you more room for taller food without having to completely remove the upper rack.
- Automatic auger dispenses pellets as needed from the high capacity hopper, which holds up to 10 pounds of pellets at once. The hopper even has a built-in bottle opener and a chord wrap for extra convenience.

With the turn of a knob or tap of a finger, you can set temperatures as low as 160 degrees for smoking and up to 500 degrees for the perfect sear. Smart Smoke technology keeps your Camp Chef Woodwind 20 pellet grill within 15 degrees of your selected temperature. Adjust smoke intensity just as easily with 10 levels to choose from. The PID controller also allows you to connect and monitor up to 4 meat probes and grill temperatures simultaneously, it even has a built-in cover to protect the display when not in use. The Woodwind WiFi changed the way I cook. I love the app and ability to adjust my "smoke level". Since purchasing the Woodwind WiFi I've started cooking different types of food and am using the grill at least 3 times per month. Additionally, the 4 temperature probes allow me to cook my meals with confidence for friends and family. I highly recommend this grill.

How did we ever survive without wifi?? This little guy is the best. I've seen other bbq wifi apps and nothing compares to Camp Chef's - they really thought it through. Of course the grill works phenomenonlly (we all know they perfected that a long time ago). Cooked ribs, pizza, burgers, and s veggie stew so far. Looking forward to seeing what updates the comapny adds to newer app versions.

"I picked up the Woodwind 20 in November and have been very happy with it. The duel cooking racks makes room for a lot of food, i fit 6 large Tri-tips on this cooker and still had room. The new Wifi controller is a nice upgrade, being able to to control the smoke level is amazing. This would be a great smoker for a smaller family or where space is minimal i wish it had a larger hopper for overnight cooks but not that big of an issue, would also like to see an insulated blanket come out for it soon"

I brought this because of the wifi and the price. It assembled in 1/2 hour and after a hour burn off I was cooking that night. We made a prime rib to rave reviews from my kids - it was easy and tasted amazing. Making the ribs tonight and they want to come back for dinner. Great product

It holds temp as well as any smoker I have had in the past. That being said the app needs work. It is clunky and hard to use. It does not work on wifi at all and I have to stay within range of the Bluetooth. They should have named it the Camp Chef Bluetooth instead of Wifi. Also the android version crashes often. It works much better on the iphone but still needs work."

I really like this little grill. It is replacing my old Traeger and is better and more refined in many ways. Since it is smaller it will heat up and change temperature much quicker. One of the first things I cooked was a nice big ribeye. With the temp set at 450 and the slider open it has a nice sear very quickly. The temperature controls are fairly precise and the remote app is handy. The app could use some more features but what it does it does well.

I love this little grill. It's not too big for a single family household. It was easy to set up (I'm in my 60's). It took a bit to get the WIFI setup as my WIFI stinks! The temperature probes work great. Trust them. My smoked pork chops were the best I have ever had! There is very little ash left from the pellets burning. NICE! The only problem I have had is the pellets are too long. They build walls and don't let the pellets fall through. I just check the hopper more often than I would have before. A personal problem I had was the alarm going off on my cell phone. I was so used to the sound for other things ,,, I missed the alarm a couple times. Set your cell phone to a different alarm sound than you use for anything else. I now use a SIREN noise. It's loud and I NEVER miss this one.

I bought this because I didn't have the space for the 24 inch Woodwind. It performs quite well temps are precise and within range. Setup was easy and software loaded without any problems. Would like to see a insulated cover for this grill in the future as temps can drop in Maine and I want to use the grill in the winter

I picked up the Woodwind 20 in November and have been very happy with it. The duel cooking racks makes room for a lot of food, i fit 6 large Tri-tips on this cooker and still had room. The new Wifi controller is a nice upgrade, being able to to control the smoke level is amazing.
This would be a great smoker for a smaller family or where space is minimal. i wish it had a larger hopper for overnight cooks but not that big of an issue, would also like to see an insulated blanket come out for it soon

So I'm a family of 4 and this thing cooks the perfect amount for us. We have friends over every once in a while and it's the perfect size to accommodate for them as well. Maybe max of 8ish people. So the good. It's holds temps well and everything comes out tasting great! The smoke setting and temp change dial are easy to use as well as changing it from your phone when you connect it to the wifi. The bad. They have a design flaw in there hopper where the sides of it aren't angled so the pellets will stop falling in when it's about half full. This requires you to check it about every 10-15 min and push the pellets in the middle to make sure they're still getting fed. More bad(maybe just me though). If you start off with a low temp and hold it there for about 10-15min to warm up an appitizer then need to push the temp up above 400? it STRUGGLES or doesn't even get there. This is ONLY when you start with something at a low temp. If you start off with something at 450? it'll have no problem reaching it. Overall: I like the smoker a lot and when you keep track of it and know those 2 things the food comes out amazing!

First, I would echo what graham said regarding the app and the "clunky" nature of the controls. Not a huge fan of the interface, but I've heard that Camp Chef is feverishly working on it. Only other knock is the shape of the pellet hopper. It needs to be sloped toward the auger. Occasionally, the auger will run out of pellets even though there are lots in the hopper. Basically a "hole" will form in the pile of pellets. This could be solved with a better "funnel" shape inside the hopper. All that said, I love the smoker itself. It does a great job. I've made a pork butt, ribs, wings, steaks, brats, pork tenderloin, and more on it so far, and everything has cooked up great. SOMETIMES I wish I had the 24" model, but for the price, and the small footprint that this on takes up, it's a great grill. Love the slide and sear feature, cleanup is easy, and this thing gets to temp in no time. I would definitely buy this same grill again.
