  • Patented Saber infrared cooking system allows you to cook up juicier and more flavorful meals than traditional systems that use dry convection air. The unique SABER cooking grates and infrared emitters prevent flare-ups and direct airflow away from the cooking surface, providing evenly distributed, indirect heat for maximum moisture retention while grilling.
  • Two 304-grade stainless steel side shelves provide a convenient workspace with die-cast BBQ tool holders and a towel bar, as well as an integrated side-burner on the left shelf. The 18,000 BTU double ring side burner features dual control knobs so you can use a single burner ring for simmering, or crank up both burners to boil 15-quarts of water in as little as 18 minutes.
  • Four(4) 8,000 BTU gas burners, provide evenly-distributed heat across a 670 square-inch cooking surface. An adjustable, stainless steel warming rack folds down to keep foods warm and can be folded away for additional space when using the included stainless steel rotisserie spit motor and spit rod (rotisserie kit included).
  • Precisely manage grilling temperatures across four cooking zones using individual LED illuminated burner control knobs, ensuring reliable start-up with integrated push-button electronic ignition.
  • The Saber Grills EZ assembly cart features fully-enclosed, 304-grade stainless steel storage space with a condiment basket, stainless steel access door with a roll-out tank tray, and heavy-duty, nylon locking casters for easy placement.
