Weber combines traditional, iconic design with innovation in production in this grill that is large enough to feed the neighborhood! Made of premium-grade U. S. Steel coated with porcelain enamel inside and out, the bowl and lid of the Weber Master Touch charcoal BBQ grill are precisely formed to allow heat to circulate evenly inside the grill and across 363 square inches of cooking area. The Master Touch grill also includes a warming rack which adds 80 square inches of cooking area, for a total of 443 square inches. The black porcelain-enamel coating is baked on, fusing the finish to the steel to prevent rusting and peeling through years of use. The aluminized steel One-Touch cleaning system makes clean-up hassle-free. As you rotate the handle, three blades in the bowl move ash through the vents and down into the removable, high-capacity aluminum ash catcher below, which is enclosed to prevent ashes from blowing away and creating a mess. Only the unburned coals remain in the bowl and can be re-lit for your next barbecue, which helps you save money on fuel. With the versatile Weber Master Touch grill, you have the option of direct or indirect cooking by using the two included Char-Basket charcoal fuel holders in various positions. The adjustable, no-rust aluminum top vent provides the proper airflow needed for perfect grilling and, along with the built-in thermometer, helps you to control the temperature inside the grill. This Weber Master Touch grill also features the Gourmet BBQ System hinged cooking grate with a 12-inch insert that can be replaced with other components (sold separately) for more grilling flexibility. The grill also includes two glass-reinforced nylon handles that can withstand the elements for the life of the grill, one of which has built-in tool hooks, and a Tuck-Away lid holder that conveniently allows you to store the lid while you grill. Aluminum legs elevate the grill to an ideal height for grilling. This Weber grill also includes two, virtually indestructible all-weather wheels that make moving the grill easy. A classic, dependable design, the Weber Master Touch charcoal grill is engineered with the backyard griller in mind!

I bought this today. Set up was quick and simple. I grilled some steak and after smoked some ribs. I usually smoke on an offset smoker and was curious to see how it would go as I used to talk smack to people who "smoked" on a charcoal grill. My goodness I could not believe the results!! Everything about the ribs and process of cooking was literally set it and forget it! Came out better than on my offset smoker!!! After today I eat my words. Very happy with the purchase and even happier with my steak and ribs. Just Wow!

Great grill. My 4th kettle. I really like the warming rack and heavy duty grill. The center part comes out so you can put in a pizza stone or a wok. I'll never use that but I'm sure some people will. As always this is a well built grill that will last 10 to 20 years depending on how often you use it. I love the blue color.

I recieved my first weber for a wedding present 42 years ago, as a charcoal purist thats the only grill I used for 40 years. just 2 webers. 2 yrs ago I effed up and bought a barrel style grill from a big box store. the charcoal rack burned through in 2 summers. I consider myself to be an experienced griller but I could not get used to a non-weber grill. a blessing in disguise the one burnt out because I got to go back to my old pal. my new Weber's home is northern wisconsin so she's going to smell like Brats. first cookout was in 5 degree weather February 19, and she performed flawlessly, Brats of course, Miller High Life on the side. Life is good again

So easy to regulate heat and the kettle maintains its temperature for s long as you need with little adjustment. Love the added flavor from the smoke that was always missing, using a gas grill

This is a well made product. The grill appears to be made such that it will last a long time. I especially like the venting. When cooking burgers with the vents opened the flames picked up due to fat droppings on the coals. Closing the vents shut the flames down, then partially opening the vents kept the flames from returning.
I am looking forward to trying out the rotisserie i purchased which will be a new experience for me.
