The aluminized steel One-Touch cleaning system makes clean-up hassle-free. As you rotate the handle, three blades in the bowl move ash through the vents and down into the aluminum ash catcher below. Only the unburned coals remain in the bowl and can be re-lit for your next barbecue, which helps you save money on fuel. The adjustable, no-rust aluminum top vent provides the proper airflow needed for perfect grilling and helps you to control the temperature inside the grill. Although I'm not a very experienced barbecue or, I found that using this is intuitive and gets delicious results. Chicken, burgers and bratwurst have all been fantastic that's fine I can't wait to do more.

The 18? Original charcoal kettle is fuel efficient. I like that if I use large off brand briquettes then I can use them twice. I close up the vents to extinguish the fire when done cooking and have half of the briquettes I need next time. Half burned briquettes start faster too. A pot on the ash catcher tray makes it easy to dump ashes without having to scoop them out and dump the whole tray. A large piece of sheet metal 3' x 3' works perfectly to protect the wooden deck from burning embers. Don't forget to keep a fire extinguisher around for good measure. Happy Grilling!
